A style redo incorporated into a model sheet for one of my main characters: Arnost the vampire
I sought to exaggerate his proportions and make him more distinctive
Initially this is how I pictured my 2 leads, but I'm sure they'll be subject to change. It's just nice to get them together in costume.
My 2 main characters for the project. One is a vampire, the other is a witch. It takes place in the late 1970's and for some reason the idea of a vampire looking like a dorky accountant really entertains me.
My first real attempt at digitally painting a car. My witch drives a Chrysler LeBaron. Because, what else would she drive?
Inspired by images of the streets of New Jersey in the 1970s. A chase scene occurs outside the club doors.
An environment from my story: An Asian fortune teller's shop. It's meant to look a little like a Chinese restaurant's interior...in a 1970's way.
My first environment test with a major character.
Just a vampire hanging out in a disco club bathroom. Per usual.
She likes fire.
An initial design for 3 characters. I tried for a more planar style of coloring. I wish I could have incorporated it more into the final.
